A tag can no longer freeze the bot. Loops inside loops multiplied each other's limits, so one nested tag could block Vela for every server on its shard. Every tag run now shares one work budget, and a tag that runs out shows "[Error: tag too expensive]".

The AI moderation scan works again. Groq retired the model the scan used (

Discord AutoMod, from Vela's own lists. Turn it on from the Security page or with
/automod bridge mode:on, and Vela writes its banned words, its scam link list and the mention limit into Discord's AutoMod rules, so Discord blocks those messages before anyone sees them. The scam link rule matches a listed domain only in a link's address, the same way Vela checks posted messages. Nothing is blocked until an admin turns it on, and Vela needs the Manage Server permission. Words added or removed in Discord's settings, and a mention limit changed there, come back to Vela. If Vela leaves a server, Discord keeps the rules.
